A no contest divorce or a no fault divorce is when you both agree to the terms of the divorce. This is the kind of divorce I had. It is possible to have this done without using a lawyer. I have heard of people using a para-legal to do the paperwork and you file the documents at the courthouse. This would be a lot cheaper than having a lawyer do everything.

Regardless though, it will take a lot of work on your part to control your anger and be the one that does the hard work. You’ll have to learn to let things go and just bite your tongue. If your partner says the sky is green and the Sun is the Moon, then just agree for now and comply with whatever they feel.
